This position offers opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute to meaningful work that supports critical infrastructure around the world.\n\nA typical day as an Associate User Experience Designer might include:\nAssisting in the development of products with world-class user experience\nParticipating in an environment of open collaboration, critique, and communication\nUtilizing basic application of user experience design and validation principles & techniques, basic application of visual design and communications principles & techniques, and basic level of participation with user experience research\nWork under close supervision, following established procedures.\nFollow and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles\n\nThis job might be for you if:\nYou possess a BA/BS degree in interaction, graphic or visual communications design, human computer interaction, or a related field\nYou have basic experience with graphic design, interaction design and display design principles\nYou have basic experience with the methodologies and techniques of user experience design\nYou have basic understanding of user experience research methods.\nYou have strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills\nYou have the ability to learn new skills, assume new responsibilities, and learn sophisticated problem domains\nIt is a plus if you have:\nAn MA or MS degree in interaction, graphic or visual communications design, human computer interaction, or a related field.\nExperience with UX design in sophisticated problem domains.\nExperience with UX design in a business-to-business environment.\n\nLocation\nPullman, WA – This position is located in Pullman, WA.
