We are considering candidates from multiple disciplines with management experience.\nIn this onsite position, you will work with an energetic engineering team responsible for on-site production support, process improvements including equipment support, machine modifications, as well as leading our external contract manufacturing cell.\nThe ideal candidate will have a background in managing engineering teams, be highly disciplined, and work well in a fast-paced environment.\nAs an Engineering Manager, a typical day might include the following:\nLeading teams on discipline/technology/process, keeping quality, production, cost and performance objectives in mind.\nAssisting in the development of long-term production and technology strategies.\nPerforming management activities to attract, hire, supervise, and develop individual contributors to meet the goals of the group.\nParticipating in external meetings and presenting at large internal meetings/forums.\nModeling, teaching, and applying SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.\nThis job might be for you if you are a US Citizen and if:\nYou have a B.S. in an engineering field or equivalent combination of education/experience.\nYou have 8+ years of related engineering or management experience.\nYou show a strong technical knowledge in one or more engineering disciplines/technologies.\nYou have a demonstrated ability to design/produce/support successful products/processes.\nYou can manage product line and process problems requiring creativity, ingenuity, and limited guidance from manager.\nYou have a strong desire to develop employees and lead projects.\nYou can define general approaches and specific solutions to technical problems.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nProject management experience.\nLocation\nLewiston, ID - This position is located in Lewiston, ID where you'll enjoy an unmatched quality of life.
