Simplify.\n\nThis job might be for you if have:\nA B.S. and/or M.S. in Electrical Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.\n\n6+ years of related of related engineering or management experience.\n\nStrong technical knowledge in one or more engineering disciplines/technologies.\n\nDemonstrated ability to design, produce and support successful products/processes.\n\nThe ability to manage product line/process problems requiring creativity, ingenuity, and guidance from manager.\n\nExcellent leadership and mentorship skills and a strong desire to develop employees and lead projects.\n\nThe ability to define general approaches and specific solutions to technical problems.\n\nStrong writing, documentation, and speaking skills.\n\nThe ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities.\n\nThe ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.\n\nYou may be a stronger fit for this job if you have:\nFamiliarity with power utility practices.\n\nStrong project management knowledge and skills.\n\nSupervisory experience or training.\n\nLocation:\nThis position is 100% on-site in Boise, ID.
