The position offers broad visibility across HR and valuable experience in employee mobility and relocation program management.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nProvide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.\nServe as a primary point of contact for employees participating in relocation programs, responding to questions and providing guidance throughout the relocation process.\nCoordinate employee relocation activities, including temporary housing arrangements, move-related logistics, reimbursement processing, and communication with internal stakeholders.\nManage SEL corporate apartment operations, including reservations, move-ins and move-outs, inventory management, maintenance coordination, cleaning arrangements, and occupancy tracking.\nPartner with recruiters, hiring managers, payroll, travel services, facilities, and relocating employees to ensure a positive relocation experience.\nReview and process relocation-related reimbursements, house-hunting trip expenses, and supporting documentation for accuracy and policy compliance.\nMaintain relocation records, housing inventories, tracking tools, and reporting metrics while ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy.\nProvide input to the development and support implementation of HR guidance, policies, procedures, and relocation program enhancements.\nMaintain current knowledge of relevant federal, state, and local regulations.\nManage employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.\nMaintain accurate records and manage reporting requests.\nContinuously identify, measure, and improve processes to increase efficiency and enhance the employee experience.\nSupport special projects related to employee mobility, onboarding, employee services, and Human Resources operations.\nOther duties as assigned.\nUnderstand. Simplify.\nRequired Qualifications\nB.A. or B.S. degree in related field or equivalent experience\nMinimum two years related experience or equivalent\nProficient knowledge of MS Office\nStrong customer service experience\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion in handling sensitive information and data\nDemonstrated ability to handle/prioritize tasks in multiple disciplines\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nStrong organizational and filing skills\nStrong writing, documentation, and speaking skills\nAbility to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities\nAbility to work cooperatively in a team environment\nBackground check results satisfactory to SEL (where applicable)\nNegative drug test result(s) (where applicable)\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Human Resource Management\nKnowledge of HR laws and practices\nProfessional certification in related field\nFamiliarity with an HRIS system and processes\nExperience coordinating travel, relocation, hospitality, housing, event logistics, or employee services programs.\nExperience managing multiple schedules, reservations, or customer-facing operations.\nDemonstrated ability to coordinate complex processes involving multiple stakeholders.\nExperience reviewing invoices, expense reports, or reimbursement requests.\nFamiliarity with relocation, employee mobility, onboarding, or talent acquisition processes.\nPhysical Requirements\nNone\nCompetitive pay.
