This is the position for you, If you have a passion for HR, and familiar with KSA labor law, highly motivated and want to work with a creative international organization that has strong core values and a great working environment!\nAs an HR Partner a typical day might include the following:\nProvide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.\nDevelop and maintain broad knowledge of one or more areas of Human Resources\nCoach and partner with employees and leaders as it relates to HR area(s). Maintain current knowledge of relevant federal, state, and local regulations; maintain legal documentation.\nInterpret, explain, and advise others on human resources guidance, policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.\nManage confidential files and other privileged information.\nMaintain broad understanding of data relevant to HR area(s); manages reporting requests and interprets data for others.\nWork independently using initiative to propose solutions to problems.\nThis job might be for you if:\nB.A. or B.S. degree in Human Resources or related field\nTypically four years experience within Human Resources or a related field\nSolid knowledge of laws and legal practices and procedures as it pertains to HR area\nExcellent listening, coaching, customer service and interpersonal skills\nStrong analytical ability and problem resolution skills\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion in handling sensitive information and data\nAbility to work independently within a team environment\nProficient knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with an HRIS system and processes\nStrong writing, documentation, and speaking skills\nAbility to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities\nLocation\nSaudi Arabia - Khobar\nWhy SEL?\nCompetitive pay.
