Create and maintain concise and thorough IT documentation\nDevelop and maintain automation solutions to improve operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and increase system reliability\nDesign, implement, and support CI/CD pipelines to automate application, infrastructure, and configuration deployment processes\nCollaborate with engineering and operations teams to automate system provisioning, monitoring, patching, and lifecycle management\nDeploy, manage, and troubleshoot containerized workloads and container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes\nThis job might be for you if:\n2+ years of related experience in a technical environment\nKnowledge of IT methods, practices, procedures, and policies\nDesire for life-long learning to maintain a comprehensive understanding of evolving technologies\nExperience teaching and mentoring IT interns and associates\nEmbraces dynamic, fast-paced environments; adapts well to rapid change\nAbility to participate in after hours on call rotation\nPractices absolute confidentiality and unquestionable ethics\nExcellent customer service commitment\nStrong automation mindset with a passion for eliminating repetitive tasks and improving operational processes\nFamiliarity with modern infrastructure practices including Infrastructure as Code, Git-based workflows, and automated testing\nWorking knowledge of containerization technologies and container orchestration platforms\nAbility to analyze complex problems and develop scalable, maintainable technical solutions\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience in an IT environment\nTechnical background and knowledge of manufacturing and/or engineering processes\nAbility to meet Motor Vehicle Report Qualification Standards of SEL\nExperience with programming and scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, Bash, SQL, or similar technologies\nExperience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using modern source control and automation platforms\nExperience with container technologies and container orchestration platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes\nExperience with automation, configuration management, and Infrastructure as Code tools\nFamiliarity with version control systems and collaborative software development practices\nLocation\nPullman, WA - SEL corporate office is located in Eastern Washington where you'll enjoy an unmatched quality of life.
