Manage and develop relationships with SEL customers and channel partners. Recognized as customer’s trusted advisor in partnership with leadership team.\n2. Understand the true requirements and objectives of customers. Determine, communicate and deliver the optimal SEL solution that best meets their needs.\n3. Maintain strong knowledge of all SEL products and teach customers SEL technology and innovation.\n4. Participates in strategic account and regional sales planning processes.\n5. Develop, maintain and deliver upon quarterly orders forecasts and sales goals.\n6. Collect, analyze and report industry, competitor and customer trends to the greater SEL organization.\n7. Work collaboratively to understand and drive the resolution of customer feedbacks and product issues.\n8. Liaise between customers, contracts & risk, and accounts receivable to facilitate commercial relationships. Responsible for leading price and commercial negotiations with customers.\n9. Utilize business tools to maintain customer relationship information, opportunity tracking and sales activities.\n10. Lead in improving marketing, sales, and engineering quality processes.\n11.
