We’re seeking an engineer who thrives in a Cisco-centric ecosystem, learns new technologies quickly, and is eager to contribute to a fast-evolving infrastructure landscape.\nAs a Network Engineer, a typical day might include the following:\nDesign, implement, and support Operational Technology (OT) networking solutions within manufacturing environments.\nDeploy and maintain Software Defined Networking (SDN) infrastructure supporting industrial control systems and production equipment.\nPartner with manufacturing, facilities, and engineering teams to support factory expansion projects and production initiatives.\nPlan and coordinate network infrastructure requirements including switches, cabinets, racks, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), power distribution units (PDUs), fiber systems, and structured cabling.\nAssist with commissioning new manufacturing lines, equipment integrations, and facility build-outs.\nApply cybersecurity principles and segmentation strategies to protect manufacturing and industrial networks.\nThis job might be for you if:\nYou have a bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience in an IT environment\nYou have 2+ years of related experience in a technical environment\nYou have knowledge of IT methods, practices, procedures, and policies\nYou have a desire for life-long learning to maintain a comprehensive understanding of evolving technologies\nYou have experience teaching and mentoring IT interns and associates\nYou embrace dynamic, fast-paced environments, and adapt well to rapid change\nYou can participate in after hours on call rotation\nYou practice absolute confidentiality and unquestionable ethics\nYou have excellent customer service commitment\nPreferred Qualifications\nTechnical background and knowledge of manufacturing and/or engineering processes\nAbility to meet Motor Vehicle Report Qualification Standards of SEL\nExperience using programming languages and script writing\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to use a ladder and/or scissor lift\nAbility to lift up to 30lbs\nLocation\nPullman, WA - This position is located in Pullman, WA.
