Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.\n2. Promote and sell SEL’s culture and values to attract candidates.\n3. Follow standard recruiting guidelines and principles to attract, recruit, screen and interview candidates, flexes to meet customer needs.\n4. Oversee and fill positions efficiently and timely with top talent, with little oversight.\n5. Recommends placement of internal and referred candidates for entry-level positions.\n6. Leads and supports the development and implementation of improvement efforts.\n7. Manage confidential files and other privileged information.\n8. Work independently to define and follow area processes, work instructions, and guidelines using initiative to propose solutions to problems.\n9. Model, teach, and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.\n10. Understand. Create. Simplify.\n11. Other duties as assigned.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree or related professional experience\nTypically 3+ years of recruiting experience\nDemonstrated ability to attract candidates and build networks by selling company culture and values.\nAbility to mentor and teach Recruiters and Recruiting Coordinators\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion in handling sensitive information and data\nStrong organizational skills\nStrong writing, documentation, and speaking skills\nAbility to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities\nAbility to work cooperatively in a team environment\nBackground check results satisfactory to SEL\nNegative drug test result(s)\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in technical recruiting environment\nApplicant Tracking tools (ATS) tools experience\nLocation\nIndia - Bengaluru\nWhy SEL?\nCompetitive pay.
