We are looking for a Senior Marketing Program Manager to be based in our Manama, Bahrain office.\nAs a Senior Marketing Program Manager, you will have the opportunity to:\nServe as the principal marketing liaison to SEL’s IMEA region, leading the development and execution of marketing programs and campaigns that support regional growth, with close coordination and alignment with regional leadership.\n\nIdeate, launch, and scale multi-channel campaigns, messaging, and marketing activities that advance regional objectives.\n\nIdentify market trends and opportunities through analysis of marketing performance and engagement data.\n\nDevelop detailed reporting on marketing activities and campaigns and making data-driven decisions to improve campaign results.\n\nLead ongoing alignment of the regional marketing program with corporate, division, department, and stakeholder priorities.\n\nCollaborate closely with teams across Content Marketing, Operations, Digital Marketing, Events & Customer Education, and Technical Marketing.\n\nThis job might be for you if you have a:\nBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related discipline, along with 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including at least 6 years leading a regional marketing strategy within a global organization.\n\nProven track record experience designing and executing field and revenue marketing strategies that advance regional sales objectives and support organizational priorities.\n\nDemonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships across cultural, organizational, and global boundaries.\n\nHigh level of skill at approaching challenges systemically and navigating ambiguity to deliver clear, strategic solutions.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information from multiple sources and present it clearly to diverse audiences.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nMaster's degree in marketing, business, or economics\n\nMarketing experience in the electric utility, energy, industrial, manufacturing, or engineering industries.\n\nThis is your chance to build your career with a global leader and innovator in the power protection industry.\nWhy SEL?\nCompetitive pay.
