You will collaborate closely with stakeholders in Research & Development, Sales & Customer Service, and other divisions to ensure that all marketing collateral and activities are consistent, accurate, and addressing the diverse needs of our customers.\nAs a Technical Marketing Program Manager, a typical day might include the following:\nOwn technical marketing programs for the industrial relay portfolio (SEL-700 and SEL-800 series) from planning through execution and post-launch optimization.\nMeeting with stakeholders and leaders across divisions to discuss product roadmaps, customer perspectives, industry news, and strategic marketing plans.\nLearning about SEL technologies, major competitors, and industry trends through independent research and close collaboration with subject matter experts and marketing research analysts. \nDeveloping marketing program plans, project proposals, and briefs that distill key technical information, business intelligence, and strategic objectives into actionable guidance for all related marketing activities and collateral.\nLeading the development of marketing content and promotional activities through close collaboration with creative professionals and marketing operations teams.\nReviewing collateral for technical accuracy and evaluating the performance of marketing campaigns.\nPresenting marketing plans and results for the designated program area to various stakeholders, including executive leadership.\nTrack program performance and report on KPIs including pipeline influence, campaign engagement, content usage, and win/loss trends.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Marketing, or related field. \n2+ years in technical marketing, product marketing, program management, or application engineering in power systems, protection, automation, or grid technology. \nStrong understanding of protection principles (overcurrent, differential, feeder protection, settings concepts, and system coordination fundamentals). \nThis job might be for you if:\nYou enjoy delving into research, learning technical topics, and solving complex problems.\nYou’re skilled at building rapport with diverse stakeholders, representing their perspectives and needs, and facilitating decisions between groups with competing priorities. \nYou excel at teaching, presenting to small and large groups, and painting a compelling vision that energizes teams and drives their work. \nYou’d enjoy traveling to conferences, tradeshows, and customer sites to interface directly with engineers and leaders in the industry. \nYou are highly motivated, well organized, strategically minded, and detail-oriented.\nLocation\nKing of Prussia, PA - This position is located in King of Prussia, PA. We are open to reviewing additional candidates with more or less experience and the pay range may differ if filled at a different level. Our pay ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location.
