As a HR HEAD, you will be a critical member of the organization’s executive team, responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support the organization’s overall goals and objectives to serve an INR 5000 CR+ (and growing) revenue portfolio.\nObjective:\nWe are looking for an experienced and execution-oriented HR professional from the real estate industry to manage end-to-end HR operations with a strong focus on payroll management, employee lifecycle processes, and HR administration.The role requires hands-on ownership across Talent Acquisition, payroll processing, attendance management, employee engagement, compliance coordination, and HR operations in a fast-paced business environment.\nThis role would focus 70% on Talent Acquisition and 30% on HR Ops\nKey Responsibilities:\nTalent Acquisition & Onboarding\nHandle end-to-end recruitment for operational, corporate, and field-based roles.\nCoordinate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offer rollouts, and onboarding processes.\nEnsure smooth induction and joining formalities for new employees.\nPayroll & HR Operations\nManage end-to-end payroll processing including attendance validation, salary inputs, incentives, deductions, F&F settlements, and statutory coordination.\nEnsure accuracy in payroll data, leave records, employee documentation, and HRMS management.\nCoordinate with accounts and management teams for smooth payroll execution and employee query resolution.\nMaintain employee records, confirmations, transfers, exits, and HR operational documentation.\nEmployee Engagement & HR Coordination\nExecute employee engagement activities, team initiatives, recognition programs, and internal communication processes.\nAct as a point of contact for employee concerns, attendance issues, and HR process coordination.\nSupport management in driving employee discipline, policy implementation, and workplace culture initiatives.\nCompliance & Process Management\nEnsure adherence to company policies, attendance structures, leave processes, and HR compliance standards.\nCoordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders for statutory and operational HR requirements.\nSupport audits, documentation checks, and process standardization initiatives.\nReporting & MIS\nPrepare HR reports, payroll MIS, hiring trackers, attendance reports, and employee data dashboards.\nMaintain accuracy and confidentiality of HR and payroll-related information.\nWe’re excited about you because you have:\n3-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations including payroll.\nMandatory experience in the real estate industry.\nStrong hands-on experience in payroll processing and HR operations management.\nGood understanding of attendance systems, labor compliance coordination, and employee lifecycle management.\nProficiency in Excel, HRMS platforms, and payroll systems.\nStrong coordination, communication, and problem-solving
