management, and customer experience at the assigned project site in North Pune- Moshi-Dudulgaon\nThe Site Head will be responsible for driving site-level business performance, ensuring operational excellence, managing cross-functional teams, and acting as the primary representative of the organization at the project location.The ideal candidate should have strong leadership capabilities, sales acumen, operational discipline, and prior experience in managing real estate project sites.\nSite Operations & Business Management\nLead and oversee the overall functioning of the assigned project site.\nEnsure smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining organizational standards and customer experience.\nDrive operational efficiency, accountability, and process adherence across all site functions.\nAct as the primary point of contact between the site and corporate teams.\nSales Performance & Revenue Achievement\nDrive achievement of sales targets and revenue goals for the assigned project.\nMonitor lead flow, site visits, customer engagement, conversions, and booking performance.\nWork closely with sales teams to improve conversion rates and customer acquisition.\nReview sales funnels and identify opportunities to improve site performance.\nTeam Leadership & People Management\nLead, mentor, and manage site teams including sales, pre-sales, CRM, channel partners, and support staff.\nDrive team productivity, discipline, performance management, and target achievement.\nConduct regular reviews, coaching sessions, and performance discussions with team members.\nFoster a culture of ownership, accountability, and customer-centricity.\nCustomer Experience & Stakeholder Management\nEnsure exceptional customer experience throughout the sales and booking journey.\nAddress escalations, customer concerns, and service-related issues in a timely manner.\nBuild and maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, vendors, and local stakeholders.\nRepresent the organization professionally during customer interactions and business meetings.\nReporting & Performance Analysis\nMonitor site KPIs, sales performance, conversion metrics, inventory movement, and operational reports.\nPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for leadership review.\nAnalyze business performance and recommend corrective actions where required.\nCompliance & Process Adherence\nEnsure adherence to company policies, sales processes, documentation requirements, and operational guidelines.\nCoordinate with legal, finance, CRM, and operations teams for smooth transaction processing and customer management.\nEnsure site operations remain compliant with company standards and regulatory requirements.\nCross-Functional Coordination\nCollaborate with marketing teams for campaign execution, lead generation activities, and site branding initiatives.\nCoordinate with CRM, finance, legal, and project teams to ensure seamless business operations.\nSupport project launches, events, activations, and business development initiatives.\nPreferred candidate Profile:\n6-8 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Site Operations, Project Management, or Business Operations.\nMandatory experience in the real estate industry.\nProven experience in managing project sites, sales teams, and operational performance.\nStrong leadership, team management, and stakeholder handling skills.\nGood understanding of sales funnels, CRM processes, customer management, and project operations.\nStrong analytical, reporting, and business management
