Responsible for overseeing the site's sales operations, driving revenue growth, and leading the sales team to achieve targets. This role involves strategic planning, sales forecasting, and managing key client relationships.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSales strategy and revenue generation\nMonitor lead generation, site visits, conversion ratios, inventory movement, and sales funnel efficiency for the assigned projects.\nWork closely with Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Sales Operations teams to improve lead quality and conversion performance.\nEnsure effective utilization of CRM systems and sales processes.\nSite Operations & Business Management\nLead and oversee the overall functioning of the assigned project site.\nEnsure smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining organizational standards and customer experience.\nDrive operational efficiency, accountability, and process adherence across all site functions.\nAct as the primary point of contact between the site and corporate teams.\nSales Leadership & Team Management\nDrive team productivity, accountability, and performance through regular reviews, coaching, and target tracking.\nEstablish a high-performance culture focused on customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth.\nSupport hiring, training, and development of sales teams on the site\nOperational Excellence\nEnsure consistent implementation of company policies, sales processes, SOPs, and operational standards.\nIdentify operational gaps and drive process improvements to improve efficiency and customer experience.\nMaintain strong governance and execution discipline across site operations.\nCustomer Experience & Relationship Management\nEnsure superior customer experience across all customer touchpoints.\nHandle critical customer escalations and support teams in resolving complex issues.\nBuild and maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, segment and commercial.\nMandatory experience in managing project sites or regional sales operations within the real estate industry.\nProven track record of achieving revenue targets and leading large sales teams.\nStrong leadership, business management, and stakeholder handling capabilities.\nExcellent analytical, reporting, negotiation, and communication skills.\nStrong understanding of CRM systems, sales funnels, and real estate business
