CP performance and suggest process improvements.\nMonitor partner engagement and tech platform usage for efficiency.\nClient Coordination & Closure Support\nCoordinate with CPs and prospects for site visits and revisits.\nEnsure timely and effective follow-ups with leads for closure.\nAssist customers during site visits, provide product clarity, and address queries.\nWork closely with clients from enquiry to booking stage to ensure smooth experience.\nMarket Intelligence & Networking\nStay updated with market trends, competitor activity, and pricing movements.\nActively network in real estate hubs, business parks, and industry forums.\nBuild and maintain strong industry relationships to identify sourcing opportunities.\nCross-functional Collaboration\nCoordinate with Sales, Customer Care, Legal, and Billing teams for smooth deal closures.\nSupport the closing team during weekends to maximize conversion.\nEnsure proper documentation and collection follow-ups for designated accounts.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s/Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.\n3-5 years of experience in channel partner sourcing, business development, or strategic partnerships within the real estate industry.\nProven track record of successfully identifying, negotiating with, and managing channel partners.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to drive informed decisions.\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM
