The Video Editor will work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to produce engaging videos for digital campaigns, social media, corporate communication, and developer branding.\nKey Responsibilities\nEdit promotional videos, property walkthroughs, reels, testimonials, interviews, and corporate videos.\nCreate high-quality short-form content optimized for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.\nDevelop engaging motion graphics, transitions, titles, and animations where required.\nEnhance videos through color correction, sound mixing, and visual effects.\nCollaborate with content creators, graphic designers, and marketing teams during campaign planning.\nOrganize and maintain video assets, project files, and media libraries.\nEnsure all content aligns with Sellability's brand guidelines and quality standards.\nIncorporate stakeholder feedback while maintaining creative excellence.\nStay updated with industry trends, editing techniques, and platform-specific best practices.\nDeliver projects within defined timelines without compromising quality.\nRequired Skills\nProficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.\nWorking knowledge of Adobe After Effects.\nExperience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is preferred.\nUnderstanding of color grading, audio editing, and motion graphics.\nKnowledge of social media content formats and platform specifications.\nStrong storytelling and visual composition skills.\nExcellent attention to detail.\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in media, Mass Communication, Animation, Film Production, Graphic Design, or related field (preferred).\n1-3 years of professional video editing experience.\nFreshers with an exceptional portfolio may also be considered.\nPreferred Experience\nExperience in real estate, architecture, lifestyle, hospitality, or luxury branding.\nExperience editing high-performing social media content.\nBasic understanding of photography and videography workflows.\nMust-Have Skills\nProficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.\nStrong understanding of video editing principles, storytelling, pacing, and sequencing.\nExperience editing short-form and long-form video content.\nKnowledge of color correction, color grading, audio balancing, and sound synchronization.\nUnderstanding of different video formats, resolutions, and platform-specific requirements.\nAbility to create engaging social media content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.\nExcellent time management with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.\nGood communication and collaboration skills.\nAbility to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.\nGood-to-Have Skills\nWorking knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and animations.\nBasic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.\nExperience with motion graphics, kinetic typography, and visual effects.\nFamiliarity with AI-powered editing tools and workflows.\nUnderstanding of camera operations, lighting, and videography fundamentals.\nExperience editing content for the real estate, luxury, hospitality, or lifestyle industries.\nKnowledge of drone footage editing and cinematic video techniques.\nBasic understanding of social media analytics and content performance.\nExperience managing digital asset libraries and collaborative editing workflows.\nKnowledge of emerging video trends, transitions, and platform algorithms.\nLocation: Baner, Pune;
