These need to be aligned with SEO and AEO best practices.\n\nDevelop and execute content strategies designed to grow organic traffic, social media engagement, and AI citation visibility (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, etc.)\n\nBuild lead magnets and gated assets that convert traffic into qualified organic leads\n\nCollaborate cross-functionally with UX/UI, paid media, PR and design teams to ensure content supports broader marketing goals\n\nUse AI tools to scale content production without sacrificing quality or brand voice\n\nMonitor content performance and iterate based on data (traffic, engagement, citations, leads)\n\nStay current on SEO/AEO trends, algorithm shifts, and emerging AI search behavior\n\nBring creative ideas to the table and take ownership of projects from concept to execution\n\nRequirements\nWhat We're Looking For\n6-8+ yearsof experience in content creation, content marketing, or a related field\n\nStrong portfolio or examples of past projects (required), please include with your application)\n\nExperience creating content for SEO and/or AEOpurposes\n\nA proactive, self-starter mindset, someone who identifies opportunities without waiting to be told\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and comfort working through ambiguity\n\nExcellent collaboration and communication skills, this is a team-oriented role\n\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment\n\nHands-on experience using AI content tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) as part of your workflow\n\nAbility to work full-time remotely as an independent contractor for a US-based company\n\nPreferred Software & Tools Experience\nCRM/Marketing Platform: HubSpot\n\nGraphic Design & Video Editing: CapCut, Adobe Suite, Canva\n\nAI Content Generation: Veo,
