Our mission: to enable marketing teams to transform SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) data into concrete and measurable results.\nWe combine a powerful and intuitive platform with expert support to improve brand visibility, both on Google and in AI-generated responses.\nIn a context of strong growth, we are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to refresh the user experience of our platform and make complex data clear and actionable for our clients.\nScope: UX/UI design, product analytics, AI-assisted design\n\nHybrid: flexible remote work arrangements, or a freelance mission of around 6 months\n\nExperience: at least 5 years in a startup or SaaS environment\n\nLanguages: very good level of English required, French is a plus\n\nYour role:\nAs a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will own the experience of our platform end to end. You will start by assessing our current interface and leading its refresh, then extend your work into product analytics to understand how users navigate the platform and where they hit friction. You will work closely with the founders and the Product, Sales and Customer Success teams.\nYour responsibilities:\nYour main tasks will include:\nAuditing the current platform and proposing a clear, prioritized plan to refresh its UX and UI.\nDesigning user flows, prototypes and interfaces that balance visual quality with usability and product goals.\nTurning complex SEO and GEO data into clear dashboards and reports that marketing teams can act on.\nAnalysing user behaviour with session recordings and product data to identify friction points and measure the impact of changes.\nIterating quickly with AI tools built on our design system, steering and reviewing the output rather than designing every screen by hand.\nTalking with clients and agencies to understand their needs and test new designs.\nWorking hand in hand with developers to ship your designs and check the result in production.\nYou are the right person for us if you have:\nMinimum 5 years of UX/UI experience in a startup environment, ideally in B2B SaaS, with agile ways of working.\nA portfolio with several concrete projects showing how you balance visual polish with usability and product needs.\nHands-on experience with Claude Design and other AI tools in your design workflow.\nExperience designing data-rich interfaces such as dashboards or analytics tools.\nAbility to work closely with product and business teams, and confidence talking with clients and stakeholders.\nA strong business sense; knowledge of search marketing (SEO or GEO) is a plus.\nA very good level of English; French or Dutch is a plus.\nTeam spirit, autonomy, and sense of initiative.\nOur package:\nA high-impact role in a fast-growing tech scale-up, shaping the product our clients use every day.\nAn AI-first design workflow built on our own design system.\nFor employees, an attractive package including meal vouchers, Alan health insurance, 13th month salary, ...\nA pleasant working environment in Louvain-La-Neuve, with the possibility of teleworking 2 days a week.\nA passionate, talented, and friendly team.\nA very high degree of autonomy, a culture based on trust and results-oriented.\nOur Recruitment Process:\n Initial Online Interview: 30-minute discussion to align on expectations, availability and format (employee or freelance).\n Portfolio review with the team lead and a member of the product team.\n Interview with a founder and the team in our offices, including a short design case.\n Offer & onboarding: quick feedback, guaranteed transparency.\nDo you want to shape how marketing teams experience the future of search?
