Read on. \nAbout this Role\nSemafor is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Audience Coordinator to support the Audience Development team during a busy period of global events.\nThis is a hands-on execution role supporting audience acquisition, event communications, RSVP management, and operational coordination. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and able to execute quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nAudience Acquisition & RSVP Management\nExecute personalized, one-to-one email invitations to prospective event attendees.\nTrack invitation outreach, responses, RSVPs, and follow-ups across internal databases and event management platforms.\nMaintain accurate attendee records, including registration status, contact information, and relevant participation details.\nSupport attendee follow-up and outreach to help meet audience targets.\nEvent Communications & Content\nDraft and distribute attendee communications, including confirmations, reminders, and logistical updates.\nPrepare internal audience briefings, attendee summaries, and operational documents.\nSupport website content management, including speaker biographies, headshots, titles, and company information.\nCoordinate updates to event and registration pages as needed.\nEvent Operations & Administrative Support\nMaintain accurate audience data and assist with database management and data entry.\nSupport the preparation of attendee lists, check-in materials, and event-day documentation.\nCoordinate with internal teams to ensure attendee information is accurate and up to date.\nProvide general administrative and operational support across multiple events.\nIdeal Experience & Skills\nPrevious experience in event coordination, audience development, marketing operations, or administrative support.\nExcellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.\nStrong written communication skills and professional email etiquette.\nComfort working with spreadsheets, databases, and event management systems.\nAbility to manage repetitive, detail-intensive tasks with speed and accuracy.\nA proactive, adaptable approach and willingness to support wherever needed.\nAdditional Job Details\nThis position is ideally based out of either our New York, NY or Washington, D.C. offices, but we are open to remote candidates outside either region.\nCompensation; Flat weekly rate of $1,500. \nAdditional job details\n\nSemafor offers a Flexible Paid Time Off (PTO) policy to our full-time, salaried employees who may take paid time off as-needed without a prescribed limit or defined balance.\nSemafor, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and enthusiastically encourages people from all backgrounds and experiences to apply.
