We support Asia’s growing energy needs while advancing the shift to a lower-carbon future. \n\nKey Roles and Responsibilities\nExecute PM, CM, and routine maintenance activities safely, on time, and within budget.\nPerform inspection, troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and reliability improvement of electrical equipment.\nCarry out HV/LV switching, isolation, and de-isolation as an appointed Electrical Authorized Person (EAP).\nPrepare risk assessments, obtain PTW, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.\nSupervise contractors and coordinate maintenance activities with operations and other disciplines.\nManage maintenance spares, documentation, and daily maintenance reporting.\nSupport maintenance of MV/LV switchgear, motors, transformers, protection systems, UPS, battery chargers, VFDs, MOVs, cranes, HVAC, SFC, excitation systems, and associated plant equipment.\n\nQualifications & Experience \nDiploma in Electrical Engineering.\nExperience in power generation, utilities, or industrial plants preferred.\nKnowledge of electrical maintenance, switching operations, troubleshooting, and safety procedures.\nStrong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.\n\nOur Culture at Sembcorp\nAt Sembcorp, our culture is shaped by a strong set of shared behaviours that guide the way we work and uphold our commitment to driving the energy transition.\nWe foster an institution-first mindset, where the success of Sembcorp takes precedence over individual interests.
