We support Asia’s growing energy needs while advancing the shift to a lower-carbon future.\n\nKey Roles and Responsibilities\nManage & coordinate the implementation of construction activities for renewable energy or gas related projects\nManage & coordinate with relevant authority and key stakeholders to conduct site survey for the feasibility study of a project or tender\nResponsible for the successful implementation of project, from safety, quality and schedule standpoint\nPerform authority submission tracking such as CS1 and CAAS/RSAF lifting approvals\nCreate master construction schedule for developments and projects with identification of critical / mandatory activities\nEnsure project completion targets are met. Report misses and develop catch-up-plan\nEnsure system, documentation, tracking & checklists and good practices are adhered to\nDrive efficiency by eliminating waste and non-value add tasks to improve productivity\nResource management and make the necessary recommendations to support project timelines. Provide recommendation to integrate resources, activities and deliverables as outlined in the Project Execution Plan.\nEnsure all activities carried out are in full compliance to all regulatory and authority requirement.\nAnalyze data, derive trends, pareto, actions to close gaps, perform RCA and provide management reporting\nUnderstand basic design principles of renewable energy systems or gas related systems with experience working in the industry\nFamiliar with installation and testing & commissioning of renewable energy systems or gas related systems.\nUnderstanding and knowledge of electrical design and specification of high-tension and low-tension electrical systems.\n\nQualifications & Experience\nDiploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering discipline or equivalent.\nExperience in energy related engineering management and project management is an added advantage\nExperience in renewable energy or gas related projects is preferred.\nKnowledge of Microsoft Office & Microsoft Project/Primavera•\nDemonstrates positive attitude, teamwork, communication & leadership skill.\nStrong analytical, critical thinking & innovative skillset\nStrong self-motivation and work ethic, flexible and thrives under pressure.\nCan-do attitude, problem solver\nAbility to work in fast paced environment\nAble to take ownership and work independently under light supervision.\nAdaptable and goal oriented to ensure timely delivery of work.\nAble to contribute and work efficiently as a team member and achieve objectives as a group.\nAble to travel and work at sites across Singapore\nKnowledge in AI is an added advantage \n\nOur Culture at Sembcorp\nAt Sembcorp, our culture is shaped by a strong set of shared behaviours that guide the way we work and uphold our commitment to driving the energy transition.\nWe foster an institution-first mindset, where the success of Sembcorp takes precedence over individual interests.
