The position will also grow to support adjacent go-to-market systems, primarily HubSpot, and is expected to grow into broader SaaS platform ownership over time.\nResponsibilities\nAdminister and support Salesforce, including user setup, security, profiles, roles, permissions, page layouts, fields, objects, flows, validation rules and related configuration.\nMaintain and improve Salesforce to support business processes across sales, marketing and customer operations.\nBuild and maintain reports, dashboards and analysis that improve visibility, decision-making and operational accountability.\nPartner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, document needs, identify gaps and translate them into scalable system solutions.\nSupport data quality, data hygiene and governance practices across Salesforce and related go-to-market systems.\nManage and troubleshoot day-to-day system issues, user requests and production support needs in a timely and reliable manner.\nSupport system enhancements, release activities, testing, documentation, training and user adoption.\nAssist with integrations, workflow automation and AI-enabled capabilities centered around Salesforce and connected business systems.\nProvide support for adjacent SaaS tools, primarily HubSpot, with opportunity to expand ownership over time.\nWork within an Agile delivery model by managing assigned work, supporting backlog refinement and contributing to consistent execution within established processes.\nRequirements\n5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, Salesforce support or a closely related systems role.\n3+ Development in Salesforce development using Apex and declarative automation tools (ie, Flows)\nSalesforce Administrator certification required; additional Salesforce certifications preferred.\nExperience supporting Sales Cloud; exposure to Service Cloud preferred.\nExperience with reporting, dashboards, user support, process improvement and system configuration in Salesforce.\nExperience supporting adjacent go-to-market platforms such as HubSpot or similar SaaS tools.\nExperience in a similar company environment or in an entry-level role within a comparable vertical.\nFamiliarity with Agile ways of working and structured change processes.\nStrong written and verbal English communication skills.\nDemonstrated ownership, reliability, sound judgment and the ability to adapt to new challenges while operating within defined processes.\nAn Equal Opportunity Employer - All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.\nBy submitting your application, you acknowledge that Sembi, Inc. will process and retain your resume and related personal information solely for recruitment and hiring purposes.
