You will be accountable for regional performance and play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of complex offshore campaigns. The position is based on the responsibilities defined in the MCE operating model.\nThe position is full-time, and you can expect to travel regularly depending on your main place of work. The projects are typically short- and long-term service contracts for our clients in Northern and Central Europe as well as the UK.\nYour tasks & responsibilities\nAs Area Manager (f/m/d), you will be responsible for the overall performance of your region and ensure that customer commitments are delivered safely, efficiently, and predictably. You will provide leadership across Project Management, Operational Management, and Marine Operations while maintaining strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders. The role combines strategic oversight with operational leadership and serves as the primary escalation point within the region.\nYour tasks will include but are not limited to:\nLeading regional project and operational delivery performance\nEnsuring successful delivery of customer commitments regarding safety, quality, schedule, and cost\nPrioritizing resources and resolving cross-project conflicts\nManaging customer, operational, and project escalations\nSupporting strategic workload and capability planning\nDriving collaboration across Project Management, Operational Management, and Marine Operations\nEnsuring implementation of the MCE operating model across the region\nSupporting Sales & Business Development through customer, market and operational expertise\nYour profile & qualifications\nWe are looking for an experienced and communicative Area Manager (f/m/d) who is passionate about Main Component Exchanges within Offshore Wind and wants to take ownership.
