creative, organised and outgoing Marketing & Business Development Executive to support our marketing and consultant engagement activities.\nWorking closely with our designers, you will help prepare attractive proposals and presentations, keep in touch with architects and consultants, organise product-sharing sessions, and create content showcasing our products and projects.\nResponsibilities\nPrepare 2D proposals, presentation decks and marketing materials using design concepts, renderings and product information provided by our designers.\nMaintain regular contact with architects and consultants to learn about upcoming projects and coordinate follow-up support with our team.\nAssist in organising product presentations, consultant-sharing sessions and marketing events.\nCreate and schedule content for LinkedIn, Instagram and other social media platforms.\nVisit completed project sites to capture photographs and videos for marketing purposes.\nUpdate product brochures, company profiles, project references and mailing lists.\nAssist with email campaigns, new product launches and other related marketing activities.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nDiploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, Architecture, Landscape Architecture or a related field.\nGood visual sense and proficiency in PowerPoint and/or Canva.\nGood written and spoken English, with confidence in communicating with clients and consultants.\nOrganised, proactive and comfortable following up with people.\nAble to work independently and collaboratively with our team.\nKnowledge of Adobe design software, photography or basic video editing would be an advantage.\nAn interest in design, playgrounds or the built environment would be a
