and efficiency.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives across infrastructure, codebases, and development processes.\nMentor junior engineers, conduct peer reviews, and provide constructive feedback to enhance the team's technical capabilities.\nWhat You'll Bring:\nExperience: 5+ years as a Next.js/React.js developer, with a proven track recordof building large-scale, industry-grade web applications.\nTechnical Expertise: Proficiencyin Next.js, React.js,authentication & authorization protocols, identity provider (Auth0, Octa etc.) integration, state management, both synchronous and asynchronous programming with strong understanding of server-siderendering (SSR), incremental static regeneration(ISR),partial pre-rendering and caching.\nEngineering Practices: Solid experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD), including building unit test cases using Jest or React Testing Library.\nAgile Development: Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, ensuring quality and timelyproject delivery.\nVersion Control: Extensive experience with Git, including version control, issue tracking, and writing clear documentation.\nMentorship: Proven ability to mentor junior engineers and foster their professional growth.\nLeadership: Demonstratedleadership experience, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.\nCommunication: Excellent written and verbal
