You’re looking for more than a role, you want to be part of a growing, forward-thinking company solving real-world challenges to improve how farming works, today and for the future.\nWhat you will do:\n\nFinancial Reporting: Review the trial balance and supporting financial information to assess completeness, accuracy, and reasonableness. Support Financial Controller in preparation and review of financial statements, management reports and supporting analysis to ensure accurate and timely reporting. \nMonthly Close Process: Coordinate and support the monthly and year-end close processes to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient completion. Prepare and review journals, reconciliations, analytics, schedules, and working papers supporting financial results. Monitor close deliverables, identify bottlenecks, and work with cross-functional Finance teams to resolve issues and maintain reporting timelines.\nFinancial Analysis: Preparation and review of month-end and year-end working papers, including Balance Sheet reconciliation reconciliation reports and functional/departmental analysis reports.\nStatutory & Regulatory Compliance: Coordinate the year-end audit effort, including close collaboration with external auditors, and assist with the production of year end statutory accounts.
