Thisrole offers a tremendous opportunity for growth and development in card design as well as electrical modeling.Anatural ability tointerface inparallel with several cross-functional teams internally, while coordinating with several local and international suppliers isa must.\nResponsibilities:\nHardware Development\nDevelop Evaluation Platforms using cutting edge bill of material, design tools and manufacturing design rules\nPerform schematic capture, PCB lay-out, and system level signal integrity analysis and optimization using platforms such as Cadence Allegro/OrCAD\nSupport mechanical design of fixtures and housings\nPreferred Experience and Qualifications:\nBachelor’s program in Engineering or Physics or another discipline relevant to this position.\n\nAdditionaldegrees/certifications related to high-speed electrical modeling would be a definite advantage\n\nSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently with little supervision\n\nOrganized and highly adaptable - enjoy working in a fast-paced environment\n\nExcellent communication skills (written and oral) and ability to communicate and work well with other team members.\n\nHigh degree of creativity, determination,and innovation\n\nRF, Analog, and digital circuit understanding\n\nCadence APD and Allegro advanced knowledge\n\nLab test and measurement, debugging,optimizinghardware using sophisticated lab equipment such as VNAs and high-speed scopes and probe stations\n\nAdditional Skills:\nFamiliar with a variety of PCBA technologies, including ChipOnBoard,wirebond, flip chip, optical-electronicdevicesand high-speed connectors.\n\nHigh-speed modeling tools such as HFSS\n\nFamiliar with microcontrollers and FPGA\n\nExperience with troubleshooting PCBs and systems\n\nThe intent of this job description is to describe the major duties and responsibilities performed by incumbents of this job.
