We are a collaborative, technically driven group focused on delivering real-world outcomes that matter.\nJob Summary:\nThe Network Solutions Pre-Sales & Delivery Engineer is responsible for designing, validating, and delivering secure edge networking solutions for enterprise and government customers. This role operates at the intersection of pre-sales consulting, solution architecture, and hands-on delivery - supporting the full customer lifecycle from initial engagement through deployment and operational support. The role will support clients across Australia, New Zealand and Pacific Island region.\nCore Responsibilities:\nSolution Design & Delivery Architect secure, scalable edge network solutions aligned to customer requirements and lead end-to-end delivery across mobile, satellite, and hybrid environments.\nPre-Sales Technical Support Partner with sales teams to understand customer needs, shape technical solutions, and lead proofs of concept and pilot deployments prior to full rollout.\nService Delivery & Operational Support Manage technical deployments, support transitions into production, and troubleshoot incidents and change requests in line with SLAs and defined scopes of work.\nPartner Enablement Train and support channel partners to independently deploy, operate, and support SD-WAN and edge networking solutions.\nTechnology Leadership Maintain current knowledge of evolving SD-WAN, edge networking, and connectivity technologies, contributing technical insight and best practice across the organisation.\nOther Responsibilities:\nResearch emerging technologies and products in the Network and Security space and build knowhow within the team.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Networking, or a related engineering discipline\n6+ years’ experience designing, delivering, and supporting enterprise or government network solutions\nProven experience in pre-sales consulting and customer-facing solution delivery\nStrong experience with enterprise networking, SD-WAN, WAN technologies, VPNs, wireless networks, security principles, and remote connectivity\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders\nDesired Qualifications\nExperience with mobile (cellular) and/or satellite communication networks\nHands-on experience with SD-WAN routers, firewalls, and device provisioning platforms\nIndustry certifications such as CCNP, AWS, JNCIP, or equivalent\nExperience in telemetry, SCADA, or industrial communications environments\nThe intent of this job description is to describe the major duties and responsibilities performed by incumbents of this job.
