Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to make sound, data-driven decisions in a fast-paced, technically demanding environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nPriority Focus Areas:\nReduce SAP system delinquency by proactively identifying and resolving overdue orders, open transactions, and data discrepancies within SAP; monitor delinquency reports regularly and drive root-cause corrective actions to keep records current and accurate\n Manage the End-of-Life (EOL) process for assigned products/materials, including coordinating last-time-buy schedules, phase-out timelines, inventory drawdown, and communication with engineering, sales, and supply chain to ensure smooth product transitions with minimal disruption.\nDevelop and maintain production schedules for assigned manufacturing areas based on demand forecasts, capacity constraints, and inventory targets\nMonitor work-in-progress (WIP) levels and production flow to identify bottlenecks, delays, or capacity imbalances\nAdjust schedules in response to equipment downtime, material shortages, engineering holds, or priority changes\nCoordinate with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and materials teams to resolve scheduling conflicts and align on priorities\nTrack key performance metrics such as cycle time, on-time delivery, output, and utilization;
