responsibilities:\nTechnical Leadership & Architecture (30%)\nArchitect and define test strategies for complex mixed-signal SiGe products from concept through production maturity\nLead development of innovative test methodologies for high-speed SerDes, CDRs, and signal conditioning products\nDrive DFT/testability requirements into IC architecture, establishing company-wide standards and best practices\nDevelop and implement advanced test techniques for products operating at >200Gbps data rates\nCreate reusable test IP, libraries, and frameworks that accelerate NPI cycles across product families\nPerform technical risk assessment and mitigation strategies for test coverage and quality\nCross-functional NPI Support (30%)\nServe as test engineering authority in product architecture reviews and gate meetings\nPartner with IC design teams from concept phase to ensure optimal test coverage and manufacturability\nLead test readiness reviews with stakeholders, providing strategic recommendations\nCollaborate with Product Engineering to define characterization strategies and correlation methodologies\nInterface with customer quality teams on test specifications and coverage Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field\n12+ years of progressive experience in semiconductor test engineering\n8+ years specifically in mixed-signal/RF test development\nProven track record leading NPI programs for high-speed communication ICs\nTechnical Expertise:\nExpert-level proficiency with Advantest V93000 platform (SmarTest 7/8)\nAdvanced programming skills in C/C++, Python, and TCL\nDeep understanding of high-speed signal integrity, jitter analysis, and BER testing\nExpertise in analog/mixed-signal DFT techniques (BIST, scan, boundary scan)\nProficiency in RF/microwave test techniques beyond 40GHz\nStrong foundation in statistical process control and quality methodologies\nExperience with PCB design tools (Cadence, Altium) and signal integrity simulation\nLeadership & Business Acumen:\nDemonstrated ability to influence without direct authority across organizations\nTrack record of delivering complex projects on aggressive schedules\nStrong presentation skills to executive leadership and customers\nProven ability to build and maintain strategic vendor relationships\nDesired Qualifications:\nMaster's degree or PhD in relevant engineering
