establish technical standards, code reviews, and best practices\n\n- Collaborate with software engineering, security, database, and network teams to align on infrastructure requirements\n\n- Drive technical documentation, architecture decision records (ADRs), and knowledge sharing initiatives\n\n- Participate in architectural reviews, capacity planning, and technology evaluation for infrastructure modernization\n\n- Advocate for operational excellence, automation-first mindset, and continuous improvement culture\n\nNetwork & Security Infrastructure (10%) : \n\n- Design and implement cloud networking architecture including VPC, subnets, routing, and security group policies\n\n- Manage firewalls, WAF, DDoS protection, VPN, and ingress/egress patterns\n\n- Implement zero-trust security principles, identity and access management (IAM), and secrets management solutions\n\nMinimum Qualifications : \n\n- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred)\n\n- 15+ years of overall experience in software engineering, systems engineering, or infrastructure operations\n\n- 5 - 10+ years of hands-on DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or platform engineering experience\n\n- Proven expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) in production environments at scale\n\n- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent)\n\n- Deep experience with Kubernetes in production; strong understanding of container technologies (Docker, containerd)\n\n- Expert-level proficiency with Linux/Unix system administration, networking, and security fundamentals\n\n- Strong scripting and programming skills in Python, Bash, Go, or similar languages\n\n- Extensive experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines at enterprise scale\n\n- Demonstrated expertise with monitoring, logging, and observability solutions (Prometheus, ELK, Datadog, etc.)\n\n- Exceptional problem-solving, troubleshooting, and diagnostic skills\n\n- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
