The ideal candidate will be responsible for administrative tasks, managing customer accounts, processing orders, and delivering outstanding support to both the sales team and clients. This role demands excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProvide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the sales team.\nProcess and monitor customer orders and assist with order-related inquiries.\nMaintain accurate customer and account information in the company’s ERP/CRM system.\nCommunicate with customers, retailers, distributors, and internal teams regarding orders, account information, shipping, and other sales-related requests.\nCoordinate with Sales, Accounting, Warehouse, and other departments to help resolve order, payment, and delivery issues.\nMonitor shared email communications and respond to inquiries accurately and in a timely manner.\nSupport new retailer and distributor account setup and maintain accurate account records.\nAssist with pricing updates, product information, and sales-related documentation.\nPrepare and maintain routine sales reports and assist with data collection and analysis.\nSupport compliance with established order processing, payment, pricing, and sales policies.\nAssist with maintaining dealer information and other sales-related information as needed.\nIdentify opportunities to improve administrative processes and workflow efficiency.\nProvide general administrative support to the sales organization.\nPerform additional duties as assigned.\nQualifications:\nAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.\n2+ years of experience in sales support, sales administration, customer service, order management, or a related role.\nExperience supporting B2B customers, retailers, distributors, or dealer accounts preferred.\nExperience using an ERP or CRM system; NetSuite experience is preferred but not required.\nStrong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nDetail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to communicate professionally with customers and cross-functional teams.\nBasic ability to work with sales data and prepare reports.\nProficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.\nAbility to work independently while contributing effectively in a team environment.\nAdaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience in the Powersports, Consumer Electronics, Automotive, Outdoor/Action Sports, or similar product-based industry.\nExperience supporting dealer or distributor networks.\nFamiliarity with MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policies.\nExperience with NetSuite or a similar ERP system.\nCompany Overview:\nSENA is a global leader in innovative communication systems, offering advanced connectivity solutions for adventure enthusiasts and professionals.
