This role ensures timely and accurate order fulfillment, facilitates effective cross-functional communication, and contributes to ongoing process improvement initiatives within the supply chain function.\nKey Responsibilities:\nServe as the primary point of contact for daily operations and communications with the 3PL warehouse.\nCoordinate logistics requirements with internal stakeholders and external customers to ensure seamless execution.\nCommunicate daily activities and ad hoc requests with 3PL partners to support timely order processing and shipment.\nGather and disseminate planning and scheduling information between internal departments and external partners.\nAssist in the development, revision, and maintenance of supply chain workflows and documentation.\nTroubleshoot and resolve operational issues, escalating as necessary.\nLeverage ERP system data to support inventory management, order tracking, and performance reporting.\nPerform other duties and projects as assigned in support of supply chain operations.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.\nExperience with ERP or CRM systems (NetSuite experience preferred).\nStrong understanding of cross-functional dynamics in a supply chain or logistics environment.\nAbility to adapt quickly to new tools, systems, and processes.\nExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nCompany Overview:\nSENA is a global leader in innovative communication systems, offering advanced connectivity solutions for adventure enthusiasts and professionals.
