Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), Use Cases, User Stories, Process Maps, and SOPs.\n6\nEvaluate new business requirements and recommend technology solutions that improve operational efficiency.\n7\nPerform feasibility studies, cost-benefit analysis, and business impact assessments for new initiatives.\n8\nCoordinate with functional consultants, developers, infrastructure teams, and vendors to deliver business solutions.\n9\nSupport end-to-end ERP, Oracle Fusion, and digital transformation implementation projects.\n10\nParticipate in project planning, project scheduling, effort estimation, milestone tracking, and resource coordination.\n11\nAssist Project Managers in preparing project charters, project plans, risk registers, RAID logs, status reports, and steering committee presentations.\n12\nMonitor project progress, track deliverables, identify risks/issues, and recommend mitigation plans to ensure successful project delivery.\n13\nCoordinate project meetings, workshops, action item tracking, and follow-up with stakeholders and vendors.\n14\nSupport change management activities, business readiness assessments, communication plans, and user adoption initiatives.\n15\nPrepare and execute System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and validate business processes.\n16\nCoordinate data validation, business verification, and defect resolution during project implementation.\n17\nConduct end-user training, develop user manuals, process documentation, and knowledge transfer sessions.\n18\nSupport post-go-live activities, hypercare support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.\n19\nEnsure project deliverables comply with
