customizations remain controlled, documented, and maintainable.\n\n3\nL2 Application Support & Troubleshooting: Resolve technical Oracle EBS incidents requiring advanced analysis and development expertise.\nAnalyze escalated application, database, reporting, and technical incidents.\n\nReview logs, traces, concurrent requests, backend processes, and database information to identify root causes.\n\nResolve technical issues within assigned authority and agreed service levels.\n\nIdentify recurring application problems and recommend permanent corrective solutions.\n\nEscalate complex database, architecture, infrastructure, or product-related issues to appropriate L3 teams or Oracle.\n\n4\nIntegration & Interface Support: Develop and support reliable data flows between Oracle EBS and other enterprise applications.Develop and support approved interfaces and integrations involving Oracle EBS.\n\nInvestigate failed transactions, interface errors, and data-processing issues.\n\nAnalyze error logs, transaction statuses, and data mappings to identify integration failures.\n\nCoordinate resolution with integration, database, functional, and external technical teams.\n\nMonitor recurring integration issues and recommend improvements to reliability and controls.\n\n5\nTesting, Change & Deployment Support: Ensure technical changes are properly tested, documented, and deployed.Perform unit and technical testing for developments, customizations, reports, and fixes.\n\nSupport system integration testing, regression testing, and UAT activities.\n\nAnalyze and resolve technical defects identified during testing.\n\nSupport controlled migration and deployment of approved technical changes.\n\nConduct post-deployment verification
