patches.\n\nPerform regression testing across affected procurement and sourcing processes.\n\nDocument test results, defects, and required corrective actions.\n\nSupport UAT and validate fixes delivered by L2/L3 teams.\n\nPerform post-release verification and production validation.\n\n5\nIntegration & Transaction Monitoring: Support reliable transaction and data flows between Oracle Procurement and integrated enterprise applications.Identify procurement transactions that have failed or are not progressing across integrated systems.\n\nReview error messages, transaction statuses, and available standard reports.\n\nPerform approved first-level checks to determine the likely source of transaction failures.\n\nGather relevant transaction details and supporting evidence for escalation.\n\nCoordinate with technical and integration teams until assigned issues are appropriately resolved.\n\n6\nService Management, Documentation & Continuous Improvement: Maintain effective
