troubleshooting and resolution for Oracle Fusion extensions, reports, APIs, and related solutions.Analyze escalated technical incidents involving VBCS, OTBI, Smart Forms, APIs, extensions, and integrations.\n\nPerform detailed root-cause analysis using logs, payloads, error codes, system behavior, and available diagnostic tools.\n\nResolve technical defects and implement approved corrective fixes.\n\nIdentify recurring technical issues and recommend permanent corrective solutions.\n\nEscalate architecture, product, infrastructure, or complex platform issues to L3, Oracle, or relevant specialist teams.\n\n5\nTesting, Release & Deployment Support: Ensure technical solutions and changes are properly tested, controlled, and deployed.Perform unit and technical testing for extensions, APIs, reports, and technical fixes.\n\nConduct regression testing following Oracle Fusion quarterly updates and patches.\n\nSupport SIT/UAT activities and resolve technical defects identified during
