and service requests through the approved ITSM process.\n\nAnalyze issues relating to users, processes, master data, transactions, roles, integrations, or system functionality.\n\nResolve standard issues using approved procedures and available knowledge resources.\n\nEscalate complex functional or technical issues to L2/L3 teams with complete troubleshooting information.\n\n2\nPlan-to-Produce & issues to appropriate L2/L3 resources.\n\n4\nFunctional Testing & Change Support: Support testing and validation of Oracle SCM changes, quarterly updates, patches, and fixes.\nExecute predefined functional test cases for Oracle Fusion quarterly updates and approved changes.\n\nPerform regression testing across affected manufacturing, planning, and product-development processes.\n\nDocument test results, defects, and required corrective actions.\n\nSupport UAT and validate fixes delivered by L2/L3 teams.\n\nPerform post-release verification and production validation.\n\n5\nIntegration & Transaction Monitoring: Support reliable transaction and data flows across manufacturing, planning, and integrated enterprise applications.\nIdentify SCM/Manufacturing transactions that have failed or are not progressing across integrated systems.\n\nReview available error messages, transaction statuses, and standard reports.\n\nPerform approved first-level checks to determine the likely source of transaction failures.\n\nGather relevant transaction information and supporting evidence for escalation.\n\nCoordinate with functional, technical, and integration teams until assigned issues are appropriately resolved.\n\n6\nService Management, Oracle Support & Continuous Improvement: Maintain effective application-support controls and contribute to continuous improvement of manufacturing systems.\nMaintain accurate incident, service-request, troubleshooting, and resolution records.\n\nMonitor assigned tickets and ensure timely updates in accordance with applicable SLAs.\n\nRaise and follow up Oracle Service Requests (SRs) for product-related issues as required.\n\nIdentify recurring incidents and contribute to problem-management and knowledge-base activities.\n\nRecommend
