and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.\nProfessional certification (e.g., CIPS, CPSM, PMP) is preferred.\n3+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.\nStrong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.\nProficiency in ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, etc.) and Microsoft Office
