systems.\n\nMaintain updated quantity records reflecting approved drawings and scope changes.\n\nVerify installed quantities through site measurement and progress reviews.\n\nIdentify and reconcile differences between BOQ, design, and actual executed quantities.\n\n2\nCost Control & Commercial Monitoring: Monitor mechanical costs and identify potential commercial deviations.\nTrack mechanical budgets, commitments, actual costs, and forecast cost to complete.\n\nMonitor cost performance against approved budgets and commercial baselines.\n\nIdentify potential overruns, savings, and emerging cost exposures.\n\nProvide quantity and cost information for project forecasts and commercial reports.\n\nCoordinate with Project Controls and Finance to reconcile relevant commercial information.\n\n3\nProgress Valuation & Payment: Ensure accurate valuation and certification support for mechanical works.\nMeasure and value completed mechanical works for interim payment cost build-ups for mechanical variation submissions.\n\nReview revised designs and instructions to determine commercial impact.\n\nMaintain mechanical variation registers and supporting records.\n\nTrack variation submissions, negotiations, approvals, and outstanding values.\n\n5\nSubcontractor Commercial Administration: Control quantity and payment matters associated with mechanical subcontracts.\nReview subcontract BOQs, rates, scope, and relevant commercial provisions.\n\nVerify subcontractor measurements, progress, and payment applications.\n\nEvaluate subcontractor variation and additional-work submissions.\n\nMonitor retention, deductions, back-charges, and other applicable commercial adjustments.\n\nSupport measurement and commercial reconciliation of subcontractor final accounts.\n\n6\nClaims & Final Account Support: Maintain the quantity and cost records required to support contractual entitlement and project closeout.Compile measurement and cost information required for claims and contractual submissions.\n\nSupport assessment of additional cost arising from changes, disruption, or other contractual events.\n\nMaintain contemporaneous records supporting
