Senatorch Limited is an established Nigerian construction, real estate development, and facility management company headquartered in Awka, Anambra State. The company provides a broad range of services, including real estate development, land sales, estate planning, construction and civil engineering works, property management, heavy equipment leasing, procurement, and infrastructure development.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Junior Accountant
Location: Awka, Anambra
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Support the preparation of payroll, tax schedules, and statutory returns.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and assist with cash and bank monitoring.
- Maintain accurate accounting records, ledgers, and supporting documentation.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable, including rent, property sales, and other real estate transactions.
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
- Track customer payments, outstanding balances, and supplier obligations.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Record daily financial transactions, including receipts, payments, and expenses.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, budgets, and expense schedules.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Degree with 2 years experience.
Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
