Working across frontend, backend, cloud architecture, automation, and DevOps practices, you will contribute to products deployed globally in demanding real-world environments.\nYou will also help shape technical direction, improve engineering standards, and support teams as we evolve our platform and delivery capabilities.\nAs Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you must be able to:\nDesign, build, and maintain scalable cloud-based software systems across frontend and backend services.\nDevelop robust, maintainable solutions using modern engineering practices, design patterns, and SOLID principles.\nContribute to the architecture and technical design of software platforms and supporting infrastructure.\nReview code, test implementations, and help raise quality standards across development processes.\nBuild and improve automation for environments, deployments, migrations, and operational workflows.\nSupport the development of secure and compliant systems aligned with business and regulatory requirements, including GDPR.\nHelp take ideas from proof of concept through to production.\nChampion DevOps practices and support the evolution toward AI/MLOps.\nCoach and support delivery teams to improve development efficiency and technical capability.\nWe encourage candidates to apply even if they do not meet every requirement listed, as we recognise that skills and experience can be gained in many ways.\nWhat makes you an asset to our team\nEssential\n5+ years’ commercial experience across the full software development lifecycle.\nA strong hands-on experience with Python, C#, TypeScript/JavaScript, and modern web frameworks such as Vue.js, React, Node.js, or Flask.\nYou are experienced in building cloud-based applications using modern architectural approaches such as:\nserverless\nevent-driven systems\nmicroservices\nAPI-led design\nYou are familiar with CI/CD pipelines and git-based source control platforms such as GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.\nYou have commercial experience working with cloud platforms; Microsoft Azure experience is particularly valuable.\nYou are experienced in working in Agile teams and using tools such as Jira.\nNice to have\nExperience with message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.\nExperience building dashboards and visualisation tools using Grafana or Power BI.\nLinux server administration and container technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Prometheus.\n\nWe value transferable skills, different career paths and learning agility.
