Replace components and worn parts as needed. Perform preventative maintenance on equipment as needed.\nRole Responsibilities\nRepair and rebuild pneumatic control systems on the automated equipment, including cylinders control valves, actuators, etc.\nRepair, rebuild, or replace electric cylinders, electronic sensors fiber optic switches, and PLC components.\nRepair, rebuild, and maintain mechanical components. Replace components and perishable parts as needed.\nIdentify product defects for fastener processes as required during trouble shooting\nIdentify product defects for fastener processes as required during trouble shooting. Determine the defect source, and initiate repairs on fastener equipment through interface with production mechanics, maintenance, and/or supervision. \nFollow start up procedures for production equipment, and execute equipment start when required as a part of the automated equipment maintenance and/or trouble shooting activities.\nAssist in the development, modification, and maintenance of preventative and predictive maintenance systems.\nPerform any other duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nMust have at least 2 years’ experience and some technical training in the electrical and mechanical Manufacturing Field \nMust have strong low voltage electrical troubleshooting skills in a Manufacturing environment, (comparative to troubleshooting packaging equipment)\nMust be able to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, notes etc. to perform diagnostic repairs on equipment\nMust be able to analyze control programs to determine machine status and fault causes, modify programs when approved and necessary, and maintain program documentation in conjunction with Engineering.\nRequirements\n100% of the time, must be able to work with various machines, hand tools, and equipment. \nMust furnish own set of standard hand tools.\nMust be able to read and write proficiently.\nMust be able to follow oral and written instructions.\n100% of the time, must be able to stand, lift, stoop, bend, walk, pull, and carry +/- 75 pounds. \nMust be able to withstand continuous exposure to disagreeable noise, dirt, and fumes within the OSHA allowance. \nMust be comfortable working in an environment where there is possible exposure to lost-time accidents, including but not limited to the hands, arms, feet, or back.\nCompensation & Benefits\nCompetitive starting salary with opportunities for advancement.\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance.\n401(k) with company match and immediate vesting.\nPaid time off granted weekly.\n9-11 paid holidays annually.\nTuition reimbursement for continuing education.\nEmployee tool purchase program with discounts on SENCO products.\n Why Join Us?\nOur team members enjoy a supportive and dynamic work environment where continuous learning and professional growth are encouraged.
