Their duties include negotiating deals with suppliers, researching possible item selections and taking inventory of current products.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nResponsible for planning and purchasing finished goods from external suppliers, both international and domestic, as assigned.\nBuy inventory from suppliers and negotiate, together with supply chain team and leadership, on price, lead times, packaging, and terms.\nCoordinate the deliveries of containers between shipping company and receiving team.\nRegular communication with suppliers to confirm delivery dates or changes based on adjustments in forecast made by sales.\nQualifications:\nUndergraduate degree or previous experience in purchasing, material management, or related field preferred. \nStrong experience with JD Edwards or similar MRP system.\nRequirements:\nMust posses a high degree of communication skills, both written and verbal\nProficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office suite. \nExcellent organizational, prioritization and analytical skills. \nCapable of identifying issues and communicating to all necessary stakeholders in a timely manner\nWhy Join Us?
