Our culture fosters a collaborative environment where each employee plays a vital role in our success, and we take pride in maintaining a strong work-life balance.\nLocation\n8450 Broadwell Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45244\n\nSchedule\nFULL-TIME\n1st and 2nd shift\nBasic Function\nOperate a cherry picker/reach truck to pull customer orders from warehouse inventory, track items with an RF scanner, and ensure safety and accuracy in handling and loading.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nUsing a cherry picker / reach truck pull customer orders from warehouse inventory. \nUse RF scanner to track and record pulled items.\nUse proper safety practices to pull and stack inventory.\nFollow order slips to ensure the order is correct before loading. \nCompletes all other duties as assigned. \nQualifications:\n1-2 years of experience with a forklift. \nHigh School Degree/GED is preferred.\nIs comfortable working with heights.\nMust be able to operate a cherry picker/reach truck.\nIs able to work in a team environment.\nHas strong attention to detail.\nRequirements:\nMust have 1-2 years of experience in a distribution department.\nMust be able to pass our forklift certification/recertification course.\n100% of the time, must be able to lift, stoop, bend, walk, pull, and carry +/- 75 pounds. \nMust be able to withstand continuous exposure to disagreeable noise, dirt, and fumes within the OSHA allowance. \nMust be comfortable working in an environment where there is possible exposure to lost-time accidents, including but not limited to the hands, arms, feet, or back.\n50% of the time spent standing throughout the shift. \nMust obtain a forklift and LTL license to operate powered and non-powered material handling equipment.\nBenefits:\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance.\n401(k) with company match and immediate vesting.\nPaid time off.\n11 paid holidays annually.\nTuition reimbursement for continuing education.\nEmployee tool purchase program with discounts on SENCO products.\n\nWhy Join Us?\nOur team members enjoy a supportive and dynamic work environment where continuous learning and professional growth are encouraged.
