This hands-on role supports the operation and upkeep of our unique manufacturing equipment. If you have a mechanical aptitude-especially from automotive or hands-on repair experience-and are eager to learn, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills and advance toward roles like Associate Manufacturing Engineer.\nWe offer on-the-job training and development for our one-of-a-kind machines.\nRole Responsibilities\nMechanic IRun assigned machines to meet daily production quotas.\nMaintain proper machine settings and troubleshoot minor issues.\nMake basic repairs to auto-pack units and mechanical components.\nClean machines and maintain good housekeeping in assigned areas.\nAccurately record daily production numbers.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\nMechanic II (Advanced Level)\nRun more machines consistently (3-4 in Nails & Staples; full Wire Draw sections at 2:1 ratio).\nTroubleshoot and repair with limited supervision.\nSupport broader production areas and mentor junior mechanics.\n\nQualifications\nMechanic IHigh school diploma or GED preferred.\n1-3 years of mechanical experience preferred (automotive, equipment repair, etc.).\nWillingness to work well with others and learn new systems.\nFamiliarity with micrometers and calipers is a plus.\n\nMechanic II\n1-5 years of mechanical experience preferred.\nSix months or more of Mechanic I experience (internal or external).\nExperience with SENCO machines preferred but not required.\n\nRequirements\nAbility to work with various machines, hand tools, and equipment 100% of the time.\nMust furnish own set of standard hand tools.\nAbility to read, write, and follow instructions proficiently.\nMust be able to obtain a material handling vehicle license.\nMust be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, stoop, and carry up to 75 pounds throughout the shift.\nComfortable working in a non-temperature-controlled environment with exposure to noise, dirt, and fumes.\nMust follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.\nCompensation & Benefits\nCompetitive starting salary with opportunities for advancement.\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance.\n401(k) with company match and immediate vesting.\nPaid time off granted weekly.\n9-11 paid holidays annually.\nTuition reimbursement for continuing education.\nEmployee tool purchase program with discounts on SENCO products.\n Why Join Us?\nOur team members enjoy a supportive and dynamic work environment where continuous learning and professional growth are encouraged.
