Responsibilities include presenting our products and services to potential clients, identifying specific consumer characteristics, and recommending ways to promote and sell our products.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nMaintain accountability for reaching specific product or account goals as determined along with the Territory Manager.\nLearn through knowledge of our industrial product and be able to relay it to customers.\nResponsible for assisting in developing strategic sales plans for assigned territories and making sure they align with the company's sales goals.\nDevelop and utilize sales presentation skills to sell company products in an assigned territory or product area via consultative selling.\nAcquire, maintain, and expand knowledge of the company's products, competitive landscape, and market to meet the customer's needs. \nProduces reports on time. \nHandle customer inquiries with a sense of urgency.\nManages expenses and files expense reports. \nQualifications\n1 to 3 years of sales experience is a plus.\nMechanical/Industrial aptitude.\nA self-starter who projects a willingness to learn.\nAbility to adhere to the highest standards of quality while continually performing at the highest possible level.\nRequirements\nValid Driver’s License with clear driving record.\nAbility to travel via car for extended periods.\nAbility to lift 50+ pounds of products regularly.\nWillingness to travel three weeks out of the month with overnight stays a minimum of 3 times per week.\nConfidence and high energy. \nAbility to inspire customer confidence and provide support. \nExcellent interpersonal skills. \nStrong verbal and written skills.\nWhy Join Us?\nOur team members enjoy a supportive and dynamic work environment where continuous learning and professional growth are encouraged.
