It's the ideal place to start a career in SaaS Sales, learn the fundamentals alongside experienced AEs, and become a genuine contributor to Sendcloud's path to IPO.\n\n🧐 The Role\n\nRole Description\n\n As a Business Development Representative for Belgium, you generate new business and pipeline by prospecting outbound opportunities.\n\n You specialise in business development within e-commerce, becoming Sendcloud's first point of contact for prospects before handing them to our Account Executives.\n\n You work closely with our AEs and learn the fundamentals of SaaS Sales from the ground up.\n\n This is a role for someone at the start of their sales career who wants to master qualification and prospecting first.\n\n🎯 What you'll do\n\n Generate new business and pipeline through prospecting outbound opportunities in the Belgium SMB market.\n\n Deeply understand each prospect's business and goals to qualify them effectively.\n\n Act as prospects' first point of contact within Sendcloud, handing them off smoothly to our Account Executives.\n\n Work closely with AEs to learn the first basics of SaaS Sales.\n\n Crush your goals and generate meaningful business for Sendcloud's growth.\n\n✅ What you bring to the table\n\nPersonally\n\n You're self-motivated, resilient, and you spot and create your own opportunities.\n\n You're ambitious, coachable, reflective, and a problem solver.\n\n You have a hunger for fast-tracked personal and career development.\n\n You're passionate about starting a career in sales.\n\nProfessionally\n\n Some experience in cold-calling in an outbound environment is preferred: a hunter by nature.\n\n A commercial mindset and background, preferably HBO or university level.\n\n Outstanding communication skills, with excellent command of Dutch and English, spoken and written.
