The key attributes of this position is supporting processes of the parts before and after the anodizing process. This includes material preparation inspection, media blasting and post blasting inspecting finished parts to ensure they meet SendCutSend’s standards. You’ll also assist with general production, packaging and shipping orders to customers. If you’re excited to join the team and grow with us, we want to hear from you!\nWhat you’ll do\nPrepare customer parts according to work instructions and specifications\nConduct pre finishing operations such as inspection, media blasting and cleaning \nRack and un-rack aluminum parts according to work instructions \nConduct visual quality inspections and flag defects or process issues (color, coverage, defects, damage) \nFollow batching and prioritization direction to support on-time order completion\nMaintain a clean, organized work area in alignment with LEAN and 5S principles\nSupport basic equipment care and report maintenance needs\nOperate safely and comply with all company policies and safety procedures\nFollow production schedules, work orders, and quality standards\nComplete daily production tasks as assigned by the Director of Finishing and Anodizing Lead\nPerform other duties as assigned\nMinimum Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively in English\nAbility to become proficient with basic hand tools and measurement instruments\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work\nAbility to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment\nWillingness to learn new processes and take direction from Leads and Supervisors\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrevious experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or metal finishing\nExperience with surface finishing processes\nEssential Physical Requirements\nAbility to repeatedly lift 25 lbs and lift up to 50 lbs\nAbility to stand and walk for 10 to 12 hour shifts\nAbility to bend, reach, and work around large industrial equipment\nWork Environment\nManufacturing and production floor environment\nWork performed around finishing and material handling equipment\nExposure to noise, moving machinery, and metal materials\nExposure to finishing chemistry, temperature variation, noise, moving machinery, and metal materials\nUse of required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times\nBenefits\nHealth, Vision & Dental Insurance\n401(k) match up to 4%\nPaid time off\n6 Company-Paid Holidays\nTuition Reimbursement\nPaid Parental Leave\nShort-Term Disability\nLunch Provided Daily\nSafety Shoe Voucher\nEmployee Discounts!\nSchedule\nMonday -
