If you’re excited to join the team and grow with us, we want to hear from you!\nWhat you’ll do\nProcess parts through the anodizing line following established work instructions\nPerform part loading, unloading, racking, and unracking throughout the anodizing process\nEnsure parts are properly pretreated, anodized, sealed, and packaged according to company guidelines\nConduct visual quality inspections and flag defects or process issues\nFollow batching and prioritization direction to support on-time order completion\nMaintain a clean, organized work area in alignment with LEAN and 5S principles\nSupport basic equipment care and report maintenance needs\nFollow chemical handling, safety, and environmental procedures at all times\nComplete daily production tasks as assigned by the Director of Finishing and Anodizing Lead\nMinimum Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nExperience of general labor or other similar work experience\nAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively in English\nAbility to read and follow work instructions\nAbility to safely operate machinery and equipment in accordance with work instructions and safety procedures\nCommitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment\nBasic computer skills\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrevious experience in a manufacturing or production environment\nExperience with anodizing or metal finishing processes\nFamiliarity with chemical handling and safety procedures\nExperience performing visual or dimensional quality inspections\nPrevious experience working with production schedules or batch processing\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to repeatedly lift 25 lbs and lift up to 50 lbs\nAbility to stand and walk for 10 to 12 hour shifts\nAbility to bend, reach, and work around large industrial equipment\nWork Environment\nManufacturing and production floor environment\nExposure to finishing chemistry, temperature variation, noise, moving machinery, and metal materials\nUse of required protective equipment at all times\nBenefits\nMedical, Dental, & Vision coverage\nPaid holidays + PTO\n401K with company match\nTuition reimbursement\nPaid parental leave\nShort-term disability\nLunch provided daily\nEmployee discount on parts\nSchedule\nFriday-Sunday, 5:00AM-5:00PM\n This role is accepting applications until Tuesday, 10/13/2026 at 8:00 AM PST.\nSalary Description\n$24.00 -
